1. No financial advice
Unio provides software, record-keeping, and general information tools. Nothing on the platform — including AI-generated research, briefings, signals, forecasts, or any number the product displays — is personal financial product advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial product.
Unio does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not licensed to provide financial product advice in any jurisdiction. Content on the platform is prepared without regard to your objectives, financial situation, or needs. Before acting on anything you see here, consider its appropriateness for your circumstances and consider advice from a licensed financial adviser.
2. Capital at risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of everything you put in. Asset prices move; crypto-assets in particular can be extremely volatile and may lack the protections that apply to regulated financial products. Past performance — including any track record, retro, or score shown in the product — is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
3. AI and data limitations
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and can sound confident while being wrong. Market data, prices, and news shown in the product come from third-party sources and can be delayed or erroneous. The product degrades honestly where it can (showing staleness rather than inventing numbers), but you must verify anything material against primary sources before acting.
4. Your collective, your decisions
Collectives on Unio are member-governed. Every investment decision is proposed, debated, and voted on by the members under their own contract. Responsibility for those decisions — including their legal, tax, and regulatory consequences — rests with the members, not with Unio.
5. If you are unsure
If you are unsure whether an investment or a collective structure is right for you, get advice from a licensed professional before proceeding.
